Another Year More to Fold

So another year has come and gone. What dreams are there to conquer and creative outlets to persue. This year should prove to be an interesting one. Once in awhile you get one of those gut feelings saying this will be X, I believe there are good things in store. Kind of like a calm before a storm and yet there is something there. Goodness lies in everything not that I buy the whole humanity is good line but there lurks in all of us something it is there to discover and that is my mission this year.

Things New and Old

So it's the end of the year. Once again like a broken skipping record the return to Blogger. Why for the love of humanity and all that is good do I dare return here. Kind of going back to a lover that isn't right or being drawn by a tainted cheese. The tainted cheese thing reminds of Burroughs every time, it's the voice and the words together. Seriously though this is the time of year for thoughtful insights and dreams. Think of dreams forgotten and spin new ones with loving tendrils that wrap and caress the synapses to the core. Who knows maybe make some new friends and contact some old ones. The truth is it's time to enjoy things, and be a little more creative about the job, life and everything. Quotes can be enjoyable but right now it's a late night at work and to be honest it's good to be at work late every once in awhile. There is a peacefulness that spreads through the floor. It's quiet and good.

As the weekend looms in the distance and the knowledge of Monday being a holiday, or día de fiesta. A happy time is a happy time in any language. What a better time than to experiment with a new drink. Making a mental note... give this one a try.

Step 1: Take a salt-rimmed glass and fill with ice.

Then Add:

1oz of Tequila,
2oz of Sangrita Real,
3oz of Grapefruit soda
Add a few drops of lime juice and mix."
