Rocketboy no Yume
Falling apart at the seams. Not literally but kind of... Actually that line about falling apart came from a very obnoxious waiter at a Mexican restaurant, Ruiz Brothers, Ruiz Cantina, something like that. I dropped by looking for friends and had these odd pamphlets of no importance what so ever. Anyway the things are shoved in my jacket and in I stroll. Walk up to the table where they are all gathered and go to sit down. Pamphlets everywhere, it looked like someone hit a recycling truck. The happy one strolls by and utters the line "falling apart at the seams", and I've used it ever since. Which is what happened this last week.
In the midst of solid craziness I cracked a tooth leading to a crown. On top of that I also had to get this crazy lump removed... the world of fatty lumpy things... not fun. So here I am at work after a couple of days off and a little bit of pain. All is well though... going to seeing the third matrix movie this weekend with the sister, venturing off tonight to catch my nephew doing the choir thing. So life is pretty good... pain reminds you of this in the oddest way, I even called an old friend today. So there you go... say hello to people, enjoy life and all it's nuances. Mental note: write more, it feels good.
